The location is good with many dinning option within walking distance.
Many cable English TV channel.
Room is standard tidy and clean.
Bath room can be better though still acceptable.
Overall value for the price.
Rooms are really small and cramped. No cupboards. Kettle did not work and neither did the phone to use room service. There is no hand soap, and just one liquid soap for both body and hair. Location is really bad, nothing to do nearby for miles. Service is nice nice and staff is polite but kind of slow.

Conveniently located in the city centre and there's a Malaysian socket in their rooms (no need to bring converters). However, my sink is cracked and clogged, and laundry charges per item instead of per kg, which makes it very expensive. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and breakfast choices are satisfying. City view from the window is nice too.
