First of all, the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
The location is good, near to local dining and an Indomaret.
The room is cozy and comfortable.

Nice hotel with very kindly staff, when I have family trip at Gresik, I was stay at this hotel. KHAS hotel is a hotel that I will recommend to my colleagues. On that stay, my son gets sick (Scarlett fever) and vomit twice at restaurant. The staff at restaurant is very helpful and kind to help my son. She is very good and nice person anyway. The other staff at bar is kind too and the janitor with mechanical staff give us some welcome bread (that is nice). So, keep your good work and always giving an Excellent Services to your guest. KHAS hotel has plus point in their employees.

We chose Khas Gresik as a good location for a stopover for an early ferry from Gresik. Our ferry was cancelled so we made other plans. The staff were so friendly and helpful with any new holiday plans we considered, that we decided to use it as our base for one more night. The hotel trim is a bit tired in places but it actually works well as a comfortable place to stay.
