I stayed here for a couple of days and it was an incredible experience! 🌟 The service from the front office, room attendants, and the whole team was truly amazing. Just a small reminder for housekeeping to pay extra attention to refilling tissues and toilet rolls during the daily service—but honestly, everything else was spotless and well taken care of.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Santika Gresik. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained, with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. The swimming pool is a great addition, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing.
One of the best features is the direct connection to Icon Mall, which is very complete and convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The food was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious.
