Guest feedback regarding the staff is divided. Some describe the employees as friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guests. At the same time, others complain about rudeness, a "jutek" (unfriendly) attitude, and slow responses to complaints. There have been instances where staff took a long time to respond to reports of room issues.

Many guests report discrepancies in pricing: the rate shown in the app or on the signboard turns out to be lower than the amount charged upon check-in. Mentioned instances include surcharges of 100,000 IDR and price differences ranging from 167k to 270k or from 250k to 350k. Additionally, some guests noted an extra fee for parking.

Complimentary drinking water is provided in the rooms; however, guests are dissatisfied with the quantity and volume. Typically, only one small bottle (around 230 ml) is provided.

The condition of the rooms is rated by many as very poor: guests complain about dirt, dust, peeling paint and wallpaper, as well as cracked floor tiles. Insects, including centipedes and ants on the beds, have been found in the rooms. Bed linens and towels are described as old, dirty, discolored, and torn in places.

The performance of the air conditioning is extremely inconsistent. Some guests note that the AC works well, but others report water leaking from the unit or that it does not turn on at all. It is also mentioned that some rooms can be stuffy.

Guests frequently complain about the lack of basic toiletries: rooms often do not have soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. There have also been instances where blankets were not provided. Visitors are advised to bring all necessary amenities with them.

The hotel does not have an elevator. To reach their rooms, guests must take the stairs, which may be inconvenient with luggage or for guests with limited mobility.

The plumbing in the hotel functions poorly: guests report leaking faucets, low water pressure, or a complete lack of running water, making it impossible to take a shower or use the toilet. There are also complaints regarding an unpleasant water odor and the absence of hot water.

There are issues with the technical amenities: several guests noted a complete absence of Wi-Fi. The televisions are also unreliable—in some rooms, they do not turn on or fail to work properly despite the set-top box being powered on.
