As the hotel is relatively new, the furniture, beds, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning units, and TVs are in good condition. The hotel is equipped with an elevator accessible via RFID key cards. However, standard mechanical keys are used to enter the guest rooms.

The swimming pool is located on the 6th floor and is described as a lovely and quiet spot, especially during the daytime as the building provides shade from the sun. Guests find it well-suited for a comfortable swim.
