OYO 90065 Homestay Barokah Park

Yes, the hotel has its own on-site parking. In their reviews, guests note that the parking area is very spacious.

Guest opinions about the staff are mixed. Some note that the employees are friendly and provide good service. However, others complain about very slow breakfast service and poor-quality service at the cafe. Guests have also encountered situations where staff refused to provide towels, claiming that the hotel does not supply them.

The hotel provides breakfast; however, guest experiences with this service are predominantly negative. Visitors complain about very long wait times for food, comparing the process of receiving breakfast to waiting in a grocery line. The overall quality of service at the cafe is also rated as poor.

Soundproofing at the hotel is extremely poor, which is the main complaint of most guests. Music from the gym and karaoke can be heard very loudly in the rooms, with noise often continuing until midnight or even 2:00 AM, making rest impossible. Noise from motorcycles with loud exhausts is also mentioned, causing the overall nighttime atmosphere to be characterized as very loud and chaotic.

The condition of the furniture and bedding raises serious concerns. Guests report dirty, dusty rooms, stains on pillows, and the presence of bedbugs or mites causing itching. Basic amenities such as blankets, towels, and even bath mats are frequently missing. Some note that the furniture resembles convenience store shelving, and the air conditioners take a long time to cool the rooms.

Cleanliness at the hotel is at a low standard. Visitors complain about dust, odors in the bathrooms, dirty toilets, and an overall stale feeling, as if the rooms are not cleaned but only have the bedsheets changed. In some cases, guests noted the presence of ants in the rooms. While isolated reviews describe the place as clean, the majority point to the need for thorough cleaning.

There are major issues with room amenities: many guests report a lack of soap, toothbrushes, towels, and blankets. Blankets sometimes have to be requested from the front desk. Some visitors emphasize that there is not even drinking water in the rooms, which does not meet OYO standards.

There is a swimming pool and a children's water park on-site, which children enjoy very much and which make the stay more pleasant for families. A gym, soccer field, and karaoke are also available. However, the cleanliness of the pool raises concerns, as some guests noticed litter scattered around it.

On the one hand, the hotel is appealing to children thanks to the swimming pool and water park. On the other hand, the noisy atmosphere with loud music playing until late at night and the low standard of hygiene in the rooms can cause significant inconvenience for a family vacation.
