Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the current hygiene standards of your hotel, specifically regarding the condition of the guest rooms and bedding.
During my recent stay, I found the cleanliness of the room, and particularly the bed, to be unsatisfactory. While I appreciate the assertion that bedsheets and blankets are cleaned, the reality I experienced did not align with this. The condition of the bedding and overall room hygiene was a considerable concern, impacting my ability to rest comfortably.
It is disheartening to witness this decline, as I remember your establishment as a truly excellent hotel approximately ten years ago. This recent experience was a stark and disappointing contrast.
I urge you to thoroughly investigate and address the hygiene protocols for guest rooms, especially concerning the bedding. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is fundamental for guest comfort and satisfaction.

Got upgraded to a so called suite. The room looks extremely old and in my view not even the suite is a 3 star room — I don't want to know how standard rooms look like. We had two geckos in our room and got welcomed by a cockroach after dinner in the bathroom. At 6:20am there was loud music on the parking lot (next to the room) where people performing a dance…

If you ever wondered what it feels like to stay in a three-star hotel that doubles as a horror movie set, look no further than Seulawah Grand View.
My recent stay here was a surreal experience, though not in the way I had hoped.
Upon arrival, the hotel looked promising from the outside.
However, the nightmare began as soon as we checked into our rooms.
Both rooms had bedsheets that looked like they had been through a war zone.
The sheets were adorned with a variety of stains—water stains, brown stains, and even ominous black stains.
Removing the sheets revealed even more horrors: huge, fresh stains that seemed to have an unmistakable smell.
Thinking it must be a one-off mistake, we requested a change of sheets.
To our shock and horror, the “clean” sheets provided were equally, if not more, disgusting.
It’s almost as if the hotel has a secret contest for the most stained and revolting bedding.
For a three-star hotel, the standards here are appallingly low.
It’s not just disappointing; it’s a scam.
The price we paid certainly didn’t reflect the quality we received.
If you enjoy sleeping on what looks like the remnants of a crime scene, this is the place for you.
Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.
In conclusion, this hotel offers a unique experience of utter disgust and frustration.
It’s a three-star hotel in name only, providing a perfect example of what happens when standards are completely disregarded.
Save your money and your sanity—book elsewhere.
