Regretted that I stayed here. When going here, the road’s condition is pretty bad with potholes and broken asphalt. We checked in pretty late like 10pm for two rooms, and the room we were in had very strong damp smell. The whole time I just keep smelling it that I found it pretty uncomfortable. The next morning saw behind the door was all mouldy. This is so bad for health. Also there was no hot water when we stayed, when staff asked apparently they just said, “Yea our hot water system is broken and will be fixed tomorrow. ” Well, that is just bad, after a long day of hiking, we needed our shower badly. Also the whole night it was so noisy, the gates opened and closed so many times. It is so dumb as a hotel they closed their gate at night. Why not leave it open as it is a public place? Also no towels when we arrived, we had to ask for some. That’s the first time a hotel ever done that. Just horrible stay overall. Even though the view on the rooftop is amazing and was the reason I chose this place, it wasn’t worth the damp room and lack of sleep and cold shower!
(Room) : Nice room and villa for budget price. There are 6 standard rooms (each for 2 persons) and 2 villa types (for 6 persons and 8 persons). Family bedroom (4 persons in 1 bedroom) only available in villa.
(Bathroom) : Clean and have adequate spaces. For villa, there are 2 bathrooms (one in the living room, one in the family bedroom).
(Service) : So-so.
(Facilities) : There are ceiling fan, sofa, TV, dining table + plates + glasses + cutlery, refrigerator, and dispenser for villa. This homestay has rooftop on 3rd floor which is perfect for relaxing, enjoying fresh air, and seeing the view (especially during firework).
(Location) : Residential area in Jl. Simpang Flamboyan. It is recommended for the first-time visitor to use online maps or seeing the road sign to find homestay location.
Overall, it is a good homestay & villa with budget price. The only cons is probably its location is slightly remote/ deep in the residential area.

Great villa for a getaway with friends, and the bed was super comfy. The only downside is the road — it’s really dark at night, which felt a bit creepy haha.
