We stayed at Batu Suki with 6 family members, including my mother. We booked a 3-bedroom villa during peak season expecting a proper holiday.
The condition of the villa was shocking and unacceptable.
The photos speak for themselves:
1. Insects inside the villa.
2. Fungus and water damage on the ceiling.
3. Severe corrosion in the bathroom.
4. Filthy windows with mold buildup.
5. Towels so worn and dirty they were not even suitable as floor mats.
6. Overall lack of maintenance and cleanliness.
This is not hospitality.
This is neglect.
Strongly do not recommend.

Disappointed vacation in Batu Suki Hotel & Resort Batu…
The condition of the room (we booked 3 bed rooms cottage) is not appropriate and it was very dirty. … the ceiling is broken, there are stains at the floor, the stove is broken, the inside of refrigerator is dirty …
And when we raised the complain, the front office is not willing to accept and neglect our complain … the manager on duty did not appear and did not take the responsibility at all.
