Aston Inn Batu - Malang Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to explain everything we needed, which was especially helpful since we weren’t familiar with the area. A special shoutout to Nurul, the lovely lady at breakfast—her charming smile and warm assistance made our mornings even better. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Quite a good staying experience.
A good hotel option for staying in Batu. The hotel is quite compact, with restaurant and rooftop view at level 8 and pool which also turned into garden restaurant at night at level 2. Lobby is quite nice and comfortable with lost of seating. Meeting room and exhibition available at level 2.
Overall staying experience is good. The room quality is decent and quite spacious. Bed is nice and comfortable. Smart TV is provided with several international channels too. Drinking wster are available and refill is available in the hallway. The minus point is the lack of soundproof, especially due to the live music at garden restaurant.
Buffet breakfast quality is decent. Nothing special with the taste, but they offer quite a lot of menu which is pleasing. Service is also good and fast.

Good location and hotel seems pretty new. The service is good and staff were friendly. It's also clean and facilities were good although the TV has limited number of international channels. The bed is quite comfortable too.
However the wooden floor is a bit squeaky and at night I could hear the music from the bar. Soundproofing can be improved. But overall it's really a good value!

I had a wonderful stay at Aston Inn Batu. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. I also loved the variety of delicious food at the restaurant, and the location was perfect close to many attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

Nice room, friendly & helpful staff. The food was good but not superb. My kid enjoys this hotel a lot.

One of the best accommodation during our stay at Batu, Malang. Good place with good service for our stay here and so close by amusement park like Museum Angkut, Jatim Park and BNS. Once I get the chance to comeback again, I’ll comeback to stay here.

It was a good experience, not great enough but it was good. Room are comfy even tho there are few design flaws. But for the price its recommended.

Room is spacious and comfy enough, only the water pressure in the shower is very low and the AC is not cool.
Overall the service is great. We were greatly assisted by the security staff especially Pak Aji during our stay there.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights in a family room with a queen and single bed. All the staff were polite and friendly. Decent breakfast on the rooftop with nice views. Location is also good, not too far from alun alun. It was not difficult to order Grab.
However there is noisy construction taking place right in front of the hotel depending on which side your room is facing. Our room had a balcony that was facing the construction which was annoying otherwise the view of the two Gunung would have been nice.
I found the rooms slightly dark and condition of our room not the best, but again it was a family room. Hotel, please check the room safety boxes are working. I didn't like the fragrance used in the lobby, it is too strong.
Overall it is a decent hotel considering the price. Ask for a room not facing the construction.

It's worth the price, stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. On the third day, we requested to send the breakfast to our room because we had to leave the room at midnight and might not be back around breakfast time.
The room was very comfortable. It's spacious and clean. They have an air conditioner even though Batu is so cold. Hot water was working perfectly.
They cleaned our room every day and changed our towels.
Oh, and I love it's very quiet here so I could get good sleeps.
The location is great, it's near Museum Angkut and other tourist attractions.
Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. But for one or two days, some of the breakfast was kinda lack of seasonings. It's not that bad, though. One thing I love about breakfast is because they have many choices of desserts.
Overall, I love staying at Aston Inn. I would love to recommend this hotel to others.
It's just that I forgot to take my emoney card out from the master switch, and a bit disappointed that they could not find the card after we were leaving. It was supposed to be inside the master switch because we both forgot to take it out.
But, it's okay. That's our carelessness.

Great location with nice mountain view, clean room and complete amenities, breakfast is amazing with many variance of menu. Receptionist is friendly and polite, waiters at Bellis resto are so helpful and friendly. Overall great place to stay during vacation in Batu Malang.

They never change the bedsheet and duvet cover, we stayed 3 nights. And also their hot water didint works! So funny when you get frezze at night and morning and then you shower with cold water. Breakfast? nope. I'll nevernstayedbin this hotel again. Prefer choose golden tulip for the next time.

Overall was great, room very clean but only under the bed must be clean also.
My problem only the amenities in toilet. I got the trouble on hair dryer n should be change after twice calling for fixing. And kettle was broken n dripping water n should be change.
