I really enjoyed my stay at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Batu. The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the higher floor was a nice bonus.

Great location, great service, great staff. It's not too old, not too dirty/clean, average, but that's what you pay for the room.

Customer service is mid.
Middle room is a big no no.
Corner room is the best with a couple windows but the bathroom on the 2nd floor is small dawgh, cant barely even fit 2 people.

Recomended bgt for those who want a vacation k unfortunate… the room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean cold hot water, breakfast is good, and which is definitely cheap festive order lwt

Cool and friendly service.

Comveniently located at the quiet alley in the Batu city centre. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang Batu but be careful when crossing the busy Jaksa Agung road. 5 mins drive to Museum Angkut.

Clean, cozy, cheap accommodation. Worth the stay. No rooms for guide or driver to rest tho.

Nice place, very clean. Everything was normal. Water heater, Wifi.
Coffee and tea free of charge Self service.
Classic breakfast.
You will sleep and resting with pleasure.
