Good location close to a lot of good food and shops. So its convenient. The washrooms and pillowcases could be better. There is a restaurant to call and order food. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Don’t stay at this place, room are smelling humidity and moisture so bad, no hot water, sheets and towels are not really clean, personal and staff are really rude and not welcoming they try to get rid off you as quick as possible. Worst experience ever this is not a 3 star hotel at all.

The hotel located behind Roxy, famous supermarket in Banyuwangi. Very strategic location.
My family stays for almost a week and we enjoyed it. We booked deluxe twin rooms. One bed can be used for two people so this type of room actually fit for a family of 4. Bear in mind, my fam average height is 158 cm-170 cm. However, the hotel will add extra charge around €5 per person for more than 2 guests.
They have swimming pool, not many guests use that so it was great. I like it that the hotel takes care of the trees and the garden so the air is fresh. If you bring your own transport, the hotel provides free parking and you can park right in front of your room. You can even wash your car here by yourself.
No big issues:
The door knob is a bit unique so make sure you ask how to lock the door. We experienced one power shutdown for 5 minutes but all good afterwards. They cleaned the room as we asked. They don’t have in-house laundry service but there is a third party laundry which ready to pickup and deliver your clothes.
The hotel does not provdie breakfast and dinner unless you order a day ahead but the street hawker on the entrance road sell delicious fried rice and noodle at night. In the morning you can get a salad with peanut sauce plus rice.
Overall, it’s not a perfect hotel, I need to keep communicate with the staff for a small stuffs such as Wi-Fi password but the hotel was super accommodating, the staffs were friendly and the owner was very kind. It’s worth the price.
