The place was very neat and clean. Feels like home. Really recommend to stay at Sandys Homestay.
Even though the room is small, the place feels homey & cozy. In addition to that, the hospitality here is great; the owner's very friendly & helpful, she'll also give you recommendations about nearby recreation places & assistance should you need it.
The food served here, in my opinion, is great & tasty as well. They use a buffet system, so you get to pick as much food as you want (just be sure to spare some for others. )
The price is also good, just like the service given here.
Overall, I had a nice & comfy stay 😊

Fine place to stay for 1 night. On a quiet street so not noisy. AC worked well and room was clean. The shower head and hot water did not work very well, and there is no sink in the bathroom, so you had to use the sink in the hallway to wash hands and brush teeth. Unlike other homestays, interaction w/ the host was brief (only to pick up and drop off the key). Breakfast was not included or available the day that we stayed, but there is a nice cafe around the corner (Amethyst) where you can get a light breakfast and good coffee on their shady patio.
