Mirah Hotel

Great hotel for the price! An old resort but still nice. Room is comfortable and clean. The staffs are also polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay. I stayed for 2 nights here and it was lovely.

Worst experience during my stay at 3-star hotel in Banyuwangi.
Starting from the security who was less responsive in helping me park (which I had adjusted my car to park 3-4x) because they were busy playing cellphones. Only after I headed to the room, was intercepted and asked to readjust my car. I expected an apology from the security but instead I got a rude talk (the security said “it's up to you” after I argued with him. He mentioned that I was a restaurant guest who was also wrong in terms of parking).
And the bathroom in the room is also not good, the impression is gloomy and dirty especially on the ceiling of the bathroom like a leak that was not addressed. The shower head is crusty so that the water does not come out smoothly.
And this is the first time I stayed in a 3-star hotel where there is no egg option at breakfast, and if you want to ask for processed eggs, you will be charged extra. The food tends to be cold and the vegetables are undercooked, but the soup and creamsup are quite good.
The lobby area is also dirty, because there are piles of used plates and glasses that are not immediately picked up, even though there are 2 receptionist staff guarding, the level of sensitivity is below average.
I regret that my business trip stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory, hopefully the management can fix it soon.

The room was large but not very clean. No possibility to open the curtains to enjoy the outside light because everyone can see the room. The bathroom was old but had soap and shampoo. Breakfast "buffet" with a little continental choice. Hotel a little expensive for the quality offered.
