My stay at Banyu was great! Ronnie the owner is super helpful and kind.
I booked last minute and Ronnie first picked me up from the train station, then arranged my health certificate and transport to Ijen, then drove me to ferry to Bali while also giving me recommendations. The breakfast after Ijen was also quite good. His home has a beautiful back garden with many plants and is very peaceful.
Roni was the best host we have had during our travels. He treated us like we were family friends rather than customers. He organised my trip to Ijen for a lower price than anyone else I spoke to. He also brought me to a clinic to get the medical certificate. He drove us to a restaurant for dinner and collected us after. He and his wife brought us tea to our room, gave us a nice breakfast each morning, and let us use his motorbike at no extra cost. He also organised an express serve for our laundry and brought us to the train station when we checked out. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.
The room was clean with a beautiful courtyard outside. We would highly recommend staying here.
