New Surya Hotel

From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that housekeeping and maintenance had been severely neglected. There was no toilet paper provided, which is an unacceptable oversight for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself as a premium property.
The condition of the room was extremely disappointing:
— stained and patchy walls.
— visible damp marks near the bed.
— scuffed/dirty wall surfaces and worn paint.
— basic, cramped room condition.
— overall unhygienic environment.
Thats why people say, don't judge a book by its cover. As your outside territory looks very luxurious but inner story is just like a slum.
In addition, the service experience was very unsatisfactory. I did not receive a proper welcome, clear guidance, or assistance with the room location, and I was not informed about the considerable distance from reception to my assigned room (418). The front desk experience unfortunately made matters worse instead of better. Mr Nanda clearly failed to guide me here, and I think I gave me the worst room as well. What a pretty, at 11PM, the room was not ready.

The complete facilities include a beautiful and spacious swimming pool with three depth options. The parking lot is spacious enough to accommodate large buses for groups of tourists. The restaurant also serves a variety of Indonesian dishes. The rooms are spacious, with a wide selection of options, and the air conditioning works well and is cool. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, but space is limited. Hot water is available 24 hours a day, amenities are complete, and towels and mats are provided. The atmosphere is comfortable and undisturbed by the roar of vehicle engines.
