However, regarding late check-out, some regular guests complained that management refused to extend their stay until 2:00 PM, citing full occupancy, even when the building appeared half-empty.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, televisions (some with Smart TV featuring Netflix and YouTube), kettles, mineral water, safes, and refrigerators (although some guests complained that the refrigerator does not cool well). For work, desks are provided with a sufficient number of power outlets and reading lamps. The bathrooms feature water heaters with comfortable water temperatures and a full set of toiletries; however, hair dryers are missing in some rooms.

The Wi-Fi is generally described as fast and stable, especially during morning hours, allowing for seamless online meetings. Nevertheless, one guest noted that the connection can deteriorate in the evening (around 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM), making it difficult to even browse social media.

The beds and mattresses are described as comfortable, soft, and clean, with high-quality linens. However, there are serious complaints about poor soundproofing: one guest reported hearing a neighbor snoring from an adjacent or opposite room, which disturbed their sleep. It was also mentioned that in some rooms, the air conditioners cool the space quite slowly.

Most guests are satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, noting thorough daily cleaning. However, there are occasional complaints of a musty smell and a feeling of dampness from the carpets upon first entering the room, as well as instances of crumpled or torn towels being found in individual rooms.

The hotel has a swimming pool, which guests rate as clean and suitable for private relaxation, although it is located separately from the restaurant. However, one guest noted that the pool is not very child-friendly. The presence of a high-quality fitness center is also mentioned, which gave the impression of a five-star hotel standard.

The hotel enforces strict rules with high fines: a penalty of 1 million rupiahs may be charged for smoking in the room, using a vape, or bringing in animals or durian. Some guests considered these measures excessive and unjustified, complaining that there was insufficient information regarding the vaping ban until the moment the funds were collected.
