I think hotel has great potential. We were able to check in early at 12:00 which we were thankful. Nanda was very helpful throughout the process. This hotel only gives 1 key and can request second one with a deposit. Which we did because it requires a key by the door so we can keep the AC on for our baby whenever we come back from outside. We also requested a second hand towel since only 1 was given. If you need to put something in the fridge, forget it. It’s not cold at all. Securities were mid. Some would help with crossing or going to whichever direction you need to go. Some just say hello and don’t help. The location is nice next to a mall and big food brands like KFC and McD. Room space and hotel space is average. Breakfast has good selections. Overall, nice hotel just need little improvements.

Stayed here for 1 night only. The room is adequate, not that big, but thats okay for 3 star hotel. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the mall, and the mall itself has complete facilities.
The brekfast food is mainly Indonesian food. The taste is ok for a 3 star hotel.
Some rooms might need time to cool, although the AC is working well. Tegal is a very hot.
Perhaps this is the best hotel in Tegal.

Stay here last week with my husband and children. Services are good, staff friendly and very helpful. They pick us up at the train station, and order us online driver to station since their driver is on official leave. Overall good stay here.
However, the swimming pool is not kids friendly and it was quite disappointing for may children.
