The hotel has its own parking area; however, some guests have noted that it is quite narrow. Security staff assist with parking organization, although some reviews mention that certain security personnel were not particularly polite when assisting with luggage or exiting the parking area.

Opinions regarding the staff are divided: many guests praise the employees for their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help, specifically highlighting the restaurant team and the security service, who assisted guests in a difficult situation with local troublemakers. On the other hand, there are complaints about the rudeness of certain reception staff, a lack of smiles, and slow responses to booking issues via Agoda. There was also a reported instance where a staff member opened a guest's room door without consent, which caused significant dissatisfaction.

Breakfast at the hotel is served as a buffet with a fairly diverse menu, which many describe as delicious. The menu includes traditional dishes and hot food stations (for example, tempeh). However, there are some complaints that the food is sometimes not served hot enough, and the time taken to replenish finished dishes can be too long. During peak occupancy, the restaurant can become crowded, and staff may not always be able to clear table remains in a timely manner.

The hotel follows a "go green" concept and has eliminated plastic bottles in the rooms. Instead, drinking water dispensers are installed in the hotel corridors, where guests can refill their provided containers.

The soundproofing in the hotel is considered insufficient. Guests complain that street noise and sounds from the corridor door are very clearly audible, which in some cases hindered a full night's sleep.

Many guests are satisfied with the quality of sleep, noting soft and comfortable beds; some rooms are equipped with King Coil mattresses. However, the condition of the furniture and finishes raises questions: there are stains on chairs, fading paint on the walls, and accumulation of dust under the beds in some rooms. Some visitors find the rooms to be too small.

Most guests note that the air conditioners work well and the rooms remain cool. Nevertheless, there are isolated complaints about unstable temperatures or instances where the air conditioner functioned poorly, merely blowing air without cooling; in such cases, room changes were not possible due to full occupancy.

Basic toiletries are provided in the rooms, though guests have noted a lack of slippers in some instances. There is a safe in the room, but a refrigerator and hairdryer are absent (these can be requested from the staff). A unique feature of the hotel is the availability of prayer supplies in the rooms: the Quran, prayer mats (sajadah), mukena, and sarongs.

The hotel has an elevator, access to which is granted via electronic cards to ensure security. However, one guest reported that the elevator occasionally malfunctions, sometimes stopping or failing to open on time.

The hotel has a swimming pool that is very popular with children. However, adult guests have noted issues with water quality: a strong smell of chlorine and the appearance of cloudiness/sediment when moving in the water. It is also mentioned that the water drainage area looks dirty.

Reviews regarding cleanliness are contradictory. Many find the rooms clean and tidy, but others complain about heavy dusting (especially upon late check-in), yellowed pillowcases, and dust under the bed. In the bathrooms, a layout problem is noted: due to the absence of a curtain or door in the shower area, water splashes across the entire floor, creating puddles.
