LOA Living Solo Baru

Perfect place to stay, I was surprised that each room were perfectly crafted just like living in an apartment, with kitchen, sofa, smart TV, and my favorite is the vanity mirror complete with the perfect light for us ladies to put on make up. The only downside is that they don't provide a proper liquid soap and shampoo. I will definitely stay here again, as it is close to Pakuwon Mall Solo and also has a good coffee shop and sushi place just next to the hotel.

Loa Living surely knows how to run the business. The room was really clean and smells really good. The room has complete facilities especially for a family like us. And we were amazed by their service. Mas Damar, Mba Dini and Mas Yudha (if im not mistaken for the name) were really friendly, helpful, and polite. The housekeeping and security team were also friendly and helpful! We always welcomed with a big smile and we can guarantee Loa Living will be the place to revisit whenever we visit Solo. Kudos to all team to make sure the satisfaction of all guests 🙌🩵

This hotel looked lmore of condotel — comes with stove, micro oven, refrigerator and all basic amenities for cooking.
Location is very central, closer to the mall and a lot of eateries.
Package offerings provided for breakfast, very affordable.
Reducing 1 star for below reason.
— Not a noise proof door, you can hear noise when people talking on floor.
— You can smell a lot of cigarette when you walk thru corridors.

Had a really great stay here!
Its value worth more than the price I paid.
Has a mini kitchen with equipments, crockeries and cutleries.
Toilet is quite small, but very much well designed.

Couldn't say more but PERFECT! I book the cheapest room, but I got everything that I need when I spend nights herel. Smart TV, nice bed for my lower back pain, big wardrobe, small stove, sink, microwave, 2 bowls that can use for microwave, cutlery, cool Air Conditioner, and refrigerator!
The location also near two largest mall in Solo (Pakuwon Mall and The Park) make it more strategic, so if you want eat something good you can walk there or just using GoFood or GrabFood. And also don't forget to try the famous local food Nasi Liwet near here! (The hotel doesn't give breakfast)
And you also need to go to its rooftop, just for enjoy the breeze or smoking or just bring your own food to eat there (I love the chair btw, it doesn't hurt my back even you sit there for hours)
Clean bedsheets, clean shower room are also make it perfect. Definitely would spend my nights here if I visit Solo again.

Worth every penny! Room is excellent, Service is amazing & Great location. Everything in LOA Living is amazing! Will definetly return back when in solo!

First of all, the room is neat, spacious, and comfy.
But it really irritated me of how the housekeeping staff was entering the room at 10.30-ish in the morning to clean up things WHILE I WAS TAKING A SHOWER. They might’ve knocked the door but IF the guest didn’t answer, it didn’t mean that the room is vacant since it was NOT the check out hour yet!
Once I was done taking shower, I got out of the bathroom and found the housekeeping lady waited out on me at the front of the door WHILE I WAS ONLY WITH A TOWEL ON. I get it that she was trying to be polite and perhaps she just waited until I get out of the bathroom, but I don’t think it’s a good idea at all. I also found out that she took off the pillow clothes already.
Later in the evening (specifically at 2AM the next day), I got into the room then found out that the room was uncleaned, the pillow clothes are still off, how was I supposed to sleep with no pillow clothes at all? (please see picture attached)
Good thing my complaint was taken seriously then the security staff was helping me swapping them the fresh pillows from the next room (luckily it was vacant).
Please improve your service next time.

Stay in pavilliun suite corner, there's 2 bedroom inside. So spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to Pakuwon mall, and a sushi resto. Gonna stay heree next time visit Solo. Maybe the feedback is, its better to use aircon in the lobby, because the design is already beautiful but just a bit hot xixixi good job!

LOA LIVING solo Baru is the best hotel in the town. From the receptionist, rooms, security, service all exceed expectations.
I was staying in the pavilion suite for 2 nights and came back after 3 weeks stayed for 2 weeks.
Why I decided to came back, because very convenient. Close to 2 malls, hospital, restaurants. Easy to walk.

The staffs are attentive and very helpful. They are genuine the way they work.
One thing need to follow up is about the parking area needs to be done because of outdoor. So, if it’s in the afternoon is really hot.
Overall are EXCELLENT ❤️🙏

LOA Living is located in the street just besides Pakuwon Mall. Within walking distance to the main street, you can reach many traditional food stalls, including the local famous such us Soto Gading, Soto Ayam Bu Wati, Shi Jack, etc.
The room is bigger than most room in Solo, completed with stove, microwave, big fridge with freezer, kitchen and dining utensils… and even dining table is available. It is clean, compact but yet spacious and comfortable.
No worries about storing your personal stuffs. They provide big cupboards and lots of racks. Dressing table, smart TV with good network, rooftop area and huge parking lot are the super plus points. There is also a popular Japanese restaurant and bakery next to the hotel.
Overall really nice experience to stay in LOA Living, and will definitely come back…

Very clean and spacious room, one of the best low cost hotel with simple kitchen stuff. Will back to stay here again soon when in solo.

I stayed at an apartment. It has a kitchen and small dining table. It also eqquiped with microwave, refrigerator, sink, and atove. You can actually cook inside if you want to. The room was pretty big, and clean. Very rexommended to stay at Loa Living.
