Indeed a good breakfast and a pleasant service by the staffs. And somehow you guys can improve with a more variety of food and coffee. Not the ala carte coffee. But its already good tho'. Thanks for the good service.

This hotel is very good in many aspects, except for the food and services in the dining area. During my 10 days stay, I rarely take my breakfast because the menu was always same. Moreover, service from the staff in the restaurant also need to improve. When I didn't have much time to eat, I just ask them to bring me a box to take 1-2 slices of bread. I saw them too slow to move and still doing something else while knowing that I was in hurry. It make me feel disappointed when time is very precious for me. But, if talking about how the other staff treat me, its cleanliness and comfortability, distance from the airport and accessibility around the area, I would say that Alana is a good choice.

Best hotel in Indonesia. Especially breakfast and environment. Was stay there for 2 nights. 14 and 15 October. With other international KNB student.

My room is quite clean, but unfortunately I saw some long hair in the bathroom next to the sink, I mean on the table of the sink. Please be more aware of your cleaning. The bed is good, comfortable. It has a big room, but it has no soundproofing. I can hear my neighbors chatting loudly. Omg. The location is a little bit too far from the city center. In general it is a good hotel. Keep it your quality.

A four star hotel in solo, great location, price and service and child friendly.
I order for family room it so spacious and have a sofa too. Althought family room it still have free 2 pack breakfast.
For breakfast a little bit dissapoint at their breakfast, have a food with a hair and their ham almost trite.

Overall we had a great experience stay in The Alana Hotel & Convention Center Solo. Various menu while breakfast, helpful staf (Mas Wibi help us a lot with his hospitality), comfortable room, kid-friendly with Kids Club they have, also for clean and well-maintain facilities.

Breakfast menu was superb. Many various foods and beverages. When some foods out of stock, the hotel staff will replace it immediately.
Room was nice and comfy. There are fitness room, and also pools for adult and kids. Also child playing ground available, not grand but good enough.

Amazing experience staying at here, the room is clean near to airport. The view was amazing! the breakfast are good especially the service from ms Dewi are excelent. Very recomended to stay here in solo.

The Alana Solo gave us very good experiences. The staff at the front liner is very friendly.
The room is ready early for us.
We took the connecting door rooms.
The rooms are clean, the amenities are complete, clean sheets, clean towels, comfortable pillow, and the view from level 11, is good. But somehow, it's kind of noisy.
We can hear people from next door, at night too much noise by somebody moving the furniture.
The pool is very good, there are 3 different pool sizes, one is the best with warm water.
There is a gym near the pool and kids zone like a small playground. Very convenient for us with 2 toddlers.
Breakfast is the best, too many varieties of food, such as traditional, western, bread, eggs, noodles, fruits, salads, cereals, coffee, juices.
The best part is, when you ask something, the waitress will respond very friendly and ask you to bring it to your table.
Plenty of parking spaces, access to the hotel are very easy to find.
I can say, my stay is very satisfying.

Room is big, clean and comfortable, just lack of some ammenities in the bath room. And we cannot use the safety deposit box as the procedure is very complicated.
Service is excellent, the staffs arr very friendly and helpful specially the staffs in the restaurant. One of them name Wibi is actively care to serve us.
Location is veey strategic.

The rooms is quite clean. Also they prepare some water dispenser in each floor which make us so easy to get water access. The breakfast also quite nice & tasty.
Kids love the pool, but I prefer if they make the operation times longer for the pool since I prefer to swim at night.

The room was spacious, but I dont know why we get the room at third floor which is smoking room. B3 dont have elevator, so we have to take the stairs to B2, a little bit difficult for eldery. But thanks for the birthday cake from the hotel. All staff were very helpful and nice too.
