How this place has a 4.9 rating is honestly beyond me. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we checked in.
The rooms had a very strong mothball smell that lingered throughout the entire stay, making the space feel unpleasant and stuffy. Another thing that really surprised us was that hardly anyone mentions the train tracks directly across the road. Long trains regularly pass by and the noise can be quite noticeable, especially if you are hoping for a quiet and relaxing stay.
To make things even stranger, the room didn’t even have a sink, which felt incredibly inconvenient and impractical for a hotel stay. It’s such a basic feature that we were genuinely surprised it was missing.
The service was also very mixed. The male staff member we dealt with was lovely, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the female receptionist came across as rude and unwelcoming. As foreigners, we did feel uncomfortable with the way we were spoken to at times.
The only real positive for us was the location. It’s conveniently within walking distance to the mall, which made getting food and shopping very easy. Unfortunately though, the negatives outweighed the positives for this stay.

Nice affordable hotel with large rooms. Only issue is that is next to the train so it may get loud depending on your room. The AC seemed to make my things have a fridge smell. Good Wi-Fi. Water refill available. Covered parking available. No sink and no toilet paper. Really nice soft beds.
