Capital O 93024 Hotel Ganesha

Yes, the hotel has parking facilities, which guests describe as spacious.

The front desk is open 24/7, and staff are ready to welcome guests even at 2:00 AM. Most guests note that the staff is very friendly, polite, responsive, and neat. However, there are a few negative reviews: one guest reported inappropriate behavior from an employee who reprimanded them for sitting and taking off their shoes in the lobby. There were also mentions of miscommunication between the hotel and the OYO booking service, which resulted in additional charges.

The hotel offers a simple yet tasty and quality breakfast reminiscent of home-cooked meals. Some guests note that breakfast is served in an all-you-can-eat format.

Drinking water is not provided in the rooms; however, there is a water dispenser in the hallway outside the rooms where guests can refill their containers free of charge.

The rooms are described as clean, neat, and cozy, although the furniture and overall amenities appear dated and "old-school." Despite their age, the air conditioners operate efficiently and cool the rooms well. Some guests note that the older building is very well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, the hotel is rated as clean, and the staff responds promptly to any messes (for example, quickly mopping the floor after a child spilled water). Nonetheless, some guests recommend improving cleaning standards to eliminate dust in the rooms and adding more lighting in the bathrooms.

Reviews regarding the plumbing are mixed. While some guests confirm that the water in the taps works properly, others report low water pressure and instances where no water came out of the showerhead at all.

The hotel is recommended as a good, budget-friendly, and safe option for family vacations, business trips, and stopovers. Guests note that it is comfortable even when traveling with children.
