Griptha Hotel

Staying at Griptha Hotel was a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The swimming pool is clean and spacious, with a beautiful vibe, especially in the evening.
The facilities are well-maintained, and there are plenty of nice spots to sit and unwind. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome.
Overall, it’s a great place for both staycation and business trips. Definitely would love to come back again!

Four stars for a four star hotel. Meaning, that they did really good, but that there is room for improvement. The furniture in the rooms is great, the room was clean for the most parts and whatever I did not like about the cleanliness was corrected immediately and my feedback was handled professionally. Generally everybody took really good care of me, but one name stuck with me, one of the managers, Ewert, really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times.
Two specific things I would like to address to improve: You wash the laundry too often which puts strain on the environment and on the quality of the bedding. There is no need to change bedsheets daily, they will fray and turn gray, quicker than necessary, therefore have a shorter lifespan and finally look really ugly.
As I said, generally everything was pretty clean but a few spots need deep cleaning, you know, these nasty crevices between two things, e. G. Around bathroom shower or toilet. And the breakfast room could use a little more attention to detail, especially the outside are could nee a little renovation and the furniture is worn, e. G. I, a big heavy man, was afraid to sit down in the chairs, since some of them were broken or worn.
But generally I am really happy, I will come back for sure and I could wholeheartedly recommend the Griptha as one of the best options in the area.
