However, there was a recorded instance of excessive strictness by management: guests were denied a free one-hour late checkout and were required to provide an original identity card (KTP) instead of a copy.

The hotel does not provide its own breakfast. As a complimentary gesture, free tea and coffee are available in the lobby. For full meals, guests can use the nearest cafes in the city center, some of which open from 6:00 AM.

Opinions on the mattresses are divided: some guests find them very soft and comfortable for resting, while others complain that the center is sagging. The furniture and room finishes are generally viewed positively, as the building is relatively new and designed in an industrial style. The rooms are spacious, and some are equipped with Smart TVs, which primarily operate with YouTube.

Cleanliness is one of the hotel's strengths; guests note that the rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and parking area are always clean and smell pleasant. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, including during long-term stays. Some rooms adhere to a non-smoking policy, ensuring that the bed linens remain impeccably clean.

The air conditioners work effectively and provide sufficient cooling in the rooms. However, one guest noted that the window ventilation openings are not large enough. There was also a mention of an unpleasant sulfur smell from the bathroom faucet.

The bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the hot water system works properly in most rooms. Soap is provided, but in bar form, which some guests consider a drawback and suggest replacing with liquid soap. As a suggestion, the addition of a handheld shower head for greater convenience and a separate tap for ablution was noted.
