Horison Resort Antawirya Jepara

A spacious hotel with genuinely thoughtful service.
Horison Antawirya Jepara is a big, spacious hotel sitting right by the shore. The beach in front of the hotel isn’t really suitable for swimming, but that didn’t bother us much—the swimming pool was more than enough to cool us down under the scorching Jepara sun.
The hotel has a simple café and restaurant with an adequate variety of food and drinks, and the prices are quite reasonable. Nothing overly fancy, but everything we needed was there.
Our room was comfortable enough, with cold air-conditioning and running hot water. The only minor issue was the room layout, which made getting in and out a little awkward.
But what truly deserves appreciation is the service.
The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He willingly arranged shuttle transportation to pick us up and drop us off at the nearby jetty, which made our trip to Karimunjawa much easier. We were also able to leave our car at the hotel without having to worry about it.
And the thoughtful service didn’t stop there.
Knowing that we had an early departure for Karimunjawa, he even arranged our takeaway breakfast beforehand so we could take it with us.
Those little things make a big difference.
Thank you to the team, especially the receptionist, for going the extra mile and making our stay so convenient and worry-free.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a really good experience. The location is very nice, right in front of the beach, so you can enjoy the sea view, sunset, and swimming at the same time. Watching the sunset from the pool area was very relaxing.
The hotel also still looks very new and clean. The building and facilities are modern, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and peaceful.
What surprised me the most was the price. The room rate was below IDR 400k per night, and it already included breakfast for 2 persons. In my opinion, it is very affordable for a beachfront hotel with this kind of view and facilities.
Overall, I think this hotel is worth staying at if you want a simple relaxing trip by the beach without spending too much money. I would love to come back again someday.
