First of all, it's clean and immaculate! There is no smell or flying insects or ants.
Quiet, well-working AC, TV, Wifi (good speed! ) hot water, adequate ventilation and light, in the rooms.
There are markets and restaurants within walking distance.
Parking area is large and tidy.
Receptionist who is smiling, helpfull and constantly in the building.
No differences from a 4 star hotel.
Also a clean shared kitchen!
I visited several cities in Indonesia, this place is much better than similar homestays.
I am very happy for my 1 week stay here.
