Yes, the hotel provides ample parking. There is an underground (basement) parking area with limited capacity, as well as a large outdoor parking lot behind the building. Dedicated parking spaces for women are also available. Some guests note that the outdoor parking area gets very hot during the day.

Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Many guests praise the team for their friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency, highlighting the security and housekeeping staff in particular. At the same time, there are notable complaints regarding rude and unprofessional front desk personnel, long check-in wait times, and English communication difficulties. Issues with assigned bed types and aggressive upselling of room upgrades for third-party app bookings were also mentioned.

Guests rate the hotel's breakfast positively: it is varied, includes dishes such as fried rice and bihun (rice vermicelli), and is ready as early as 6:00 AM. At the De Jawis restaurant, the oxtail soup, asparagus, and curry katsu are recommended. Some guests note that the breakfast selection can feel limited, and finding an available table during peak hours can be difficult due to crowded seating.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel is relatively fast; however, some guests note that the connection could be more stable.

The soundproofing in the hotel is subpar. Guests report that traffic noise can be heard in the rooms at night due to the hotel's proximity to the road.

Guest feedback is divided: some find the rooms clean, modern, and cozy with comfortable beds, while others complain about the building showing signs of wear and tear. Several reviews mention stains on bedsheets and blankets, dust in corners, and even occasional pest sightings on the 4th floor. Executive rooms are significantly more spacious than standard rooms and are equipped with a sofa and a mini-fridge.

The air conditioning performance is inconsistent: in some rooms, it is very cold, while other guests complain that the AC takes a long time to cool the room or runs weakly during the day. There are also occasional issues with hot water, which may be unavailable at night or require waiting 2 to 5 minutes to warm up.

Housekeeping is generally prompt and efficient, often replacing towels daily. However, there are complaints about musty room odors, unpleasant cigarette smells in elevators and hallways, and clogged bathroom drains leading to standing water.

Basic toiletries are provided in the rooms, such as liquid soap, which some guests praise for its pleasant scent. However, there were complaints that the soap was empty and had not been replenished before check-in. Guests also noted the absence of a hairdryer in some rooms.

The hotel has an elevator; however, the building is not fully wheelchair accessible. The lobby entrance has steps, and the bathroom layouts are not wheelchair-friendly. It is also mentioned that carrying large luggage up steps may be required due to the lack of a ramp.

The hotel features a kids' corner that young guests thoroughly enjoy. Professional reflexology massage services are also offered and have received positive reviews.
