AYRA Hotel Airport Solo

Yes, the hotel provides a complimentary airport drop-off service. Guests note that this option is very useful and makes traveling significantly easier, especially for early departures. The shuttle staff are described as friendly and willing to help.

Guest opinions regarding parking are divided. Some travelers describe the parking area as spacious, with no issues finding a spot for their car. Others, on the contrary, note that the parking area is quite narrow and can only accommodate a few vehicles.

The hotel staff receives very high ratings for hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. Guests highlight specific staff members for their attentiveness; for example, the team helped a family with an infant quickly find a non-smoking room. The front desk, restaurant, and security staff are described as extremely polite, patient, and responsive.

The hotel restaurant serves delicious and varied dishes, including biryani rice and freshly prepared snacks. Many guests praise the food quality, comparing it to a five-star hotel standard while remaining affordably priced. However, some visitors noted that the breakfast menu can be limited (only 3 options) when occupancy is low. Room service is also available.

For guests' convenience, drinking water dispensers are installed in the hallways outside the rooms for refilling water bottles. Tea and coffee are provided in the rooms. Most rooms feature an electric kettle, although in isolated cases guests reported it missing upon check-in.

Guest feedback regarding room appliances and equipment is mixed. One guest reported that the TV could not connect to the internet to stream YouTube. Additionally, plumbing issues were noted in some rooms, such as loose bathroom faucets.

Soundproofing at the hotel is rated as inadequate. Guests complain that conversations from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly. Furthermore, noise from the 5th-floor hall during events penetrates into guest rooms, which can disrupt rest.

Reviews regarding room cleanliness are highly contradictory. Some guests find the rooms clean, cozy, and worth the price. Others, however, report serious flaws: stains on sheets and pillows, a thick layer of dust on telephones, cobwebs, and gecko droppings in the corners. There were also complaints about a musty odor and instances of skin rash due to the possible presence of mites or bedbugs.

The condition of the bathrooms varies from room to room. In the Junior Suite category, guests note the presence of bathtubs and overall cleanliness. However, other visitors complain of mold, unpleasant odors, dirty floors, and clogged drains causing water to pool in the shower area. Faulty toilet flush tanks and a lack of toilet paper were also reported.

The climate control and hot water systems can be inconsistent. Some guests are satisfied with the cool temperature, while others complain that the air conditioners fail to cool the room even in turbo mode. As for hot water, some confirm its availability, whereas others note that it is only available in the mornings or missing entirely.

Bathtubs are available in the Junior Suite rooms. A standard set of toiletries is provided; however, guests noted instances where liquid soap dispensers ran out and were not refilled by staff. Rooms feature basic amenities such as a TV and air conditioning, though their functionality depends on the specific room.
