Front One Boutique Adria Boyolali

On-site parking in front of the hotel is limited, accommodating only about 4 cars. For other guests, parking is organized opposite the building in an open public area, which is illuminated by floodlights at night. Some visitors suggest that the administration consider the option of creating an underground parking garage to avoid parking on the sidewalk.

The staff at Front One Boutique Adria Boyolali, including the reception personnel, are described as friendly, responsive, and efficient. Guests note the quick check-in and check-out processes. However, there have been complaints regarding the security: one guest pointed out that security staff do not assist with luggage to the room, merely pointing out the availability of trolleys in the lobby. In disputed situations, such as when assigned a room without a window, the staff promptly offered a room replacement option.

The hotel breakfast is rated as tasty and sufficiently diverse for a three-star category. Nevertheless, some guests note that the freshness of certain dishes leaves room for improvement. It is also recommended to improve the speed of replenishing dishes during peak hours when the number of visitors increases. A separate breakfast fee for children is available depending on their age.

Kettles are provided in the rooms, and water dispensers are installed in the corridors to replenish water supplies.

The soundproofing situation is inconsistent. Some guests rate the soundproofing as good, while others complain about the noise of water pumps from neighboring rooms. A significant drawback was the loud music from the karaoke on the Skylounge terrace, which was audible in second-floor rooms from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, disrupting rest.

The rooms are generally clean and modern, equipped with large Smart TVs. Executive rooms feature balconies and a full set of amenities, including hairdryers and complimentary snacks. However, technical issues were recorded: unstable voltage in the network (lights and air conditioning suddenly turning off), a malfunctioning room telephone, and a strange clicking sound in the headboard of the bed. Additionally, one guest complained of an unpleasant smell from the blanket, resembling unfresh linens.

The air conditioners function normally, although they may require some time initially to reach the ideal temperature. However, the hotel has serious issues with odors: a strong smell of cigarette smoke was felt in non-smoking rooms on the 5th floor due to the shared exhaust system. Additionally, in some rooms, guests complained of an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom.

Rooms are provided with a full set of hygiene amenities, including a hairdryer. Some room categories offer additional facilities such as a jacuzzi, although guests noted that the water may not heat up sufficiently.

The hotel has an indoor pool with warm water, which guests highly appreciate for the ability to swim comfortably even at night. The administration provides pool towels free of charge. The only drawback mentioned was insufficient space for companions in the waiting area.

Meeting rooms are available at the hotel, which are described as comfortable and well-equipped. The facilities are neatly organized and suitable for holding small events.
