Casa de Lani Resort & Convention

Yes, the hotel offers spacious parking. Guests note that there are ample parking spaces available, and in some cases, you can park your vehicle directly in front of your room.

Guest feedback regarding the staff is mixed. Many guests describe the front desk and other staff members as very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Some guests also praise their prompt response to requests. On the other hand, there are complaints about unfriendly security personnel and a lack of warm greetings and smiles from the restaurant staff.

Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. Guest reviews regarding the food are mixed: some guests find the menu diverse, delicious, and of good quality. Others describe the breakfast as mediocre, pointing out a limited variety of dishes and the absence of certain items (such as salads, omelets, or cereal) on certain days. It was also noted that the capcay dish was overly sweet.

The room design is described as modern, minimalist, and aesthetic (Greek-inspired); however, functionality can sometimes fall short of the visual appeal. There have been complaints regarding damaged furniture, such as drawers detaching from the wall and wobbly tables. As for sleeping comfort, some guests find the mattresses soft and comfortable, while others complain of unpleasant odors from pillows and itchy bedding.

Cleanliness feedback varies. Many guests are pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. At the same time, there are significant complaints regarding dust, dirty floors upon check-in, stray hairs from previous guests, and even paint drips on the floor. There have also been mentions of stained bed linen and water leaks during rainy weather.

The performance of room amenities can be inconsistent. In most cases, guests are satisfied with the air conditioning, though there have been reports of AC units not cooling sufficiently. Hot water availability can be challenging: some guests report that the water was completely cold or that the water heater did not function properly due to a shared system across multiple rooms.

Rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a TV, air conditioning, and complete sets of toiletries. Certain rooms feature balconies with pleasant views. However, guests have noted the absence of an in-room telephone to contact the front desk (communication is handled online) and a lack of hangers or shelves in the bathroom.

The hotel may not be entirely convenient for elderly guests or individuals with limited mobility. The property's layout involves navigating stairs (ascents and descents) between rooms, and the pathway from the front desk to some rooms can be long and steeply inclined.

Casa de Lani features a clean swimming pool, a restaurant, and a scenic garden. A unique highlight is a small lake with wooden boats available for rowing and taking beautiful photos. Guests appreciate the overall peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for family vacations and relaxation.

The hotel is considered family-friendly due to its spacious rooms, swimming pool, and beautiful natural surroundings. However, parents have noted a few drawbacks, such as needing to bathe children in cold water due to water heater issues and a lack of strict enforcement of pool rules (such as guests swimming in street clothes or smoking in the pool area).
