I paid via the app but couldn't check in because it was full, very unprofessional.

Ordered via the app, when I arrived there was no one on guard, I had to look for it and call first, when I arrived they said it was all full and I was given the solution to move to another place with an increase of almost three times.

The location is unclear, not according to the application… there is no guard let alone a receptionist… it is indeed a fake hotel, more like a boarding house than a hotel… I already got a room but they asked me to add more… because it was already late and it was raining, I had no choice but to enjoy what was there… not recommended at all… don't book here…

This is terrible. When I arrived, there was no guard. Then the room I booked was full. There was no fan at all. The bathroom was dirty, with lots of hair and dirt stains on the mattress. The price on the app was not accurate. They asked for additional money to match the management's price. There were lots of cobwebs. It smelled really musty. The location is close to RSMS. But the cleanliness and service were a big 0. In the end, I decided to move and the money could not be refunded.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights through the Agoda app. At the time of booking, there was no innkeeper, the WhatsApp number displayed on the board could not be contacted, so we had to ask the neighbors next door, it turned out this was a dirty boarding house with a "hotel" label. After the staff came and showed us the room, it did not match the description… then we were directed to another place that was still under the same management and again we had to be disappointed because the place was quiet, the room was stuffy, the AC did not work, the bed was not clean and looked dirty, we did not have time to check the bathroom. We were forced to cancel the order without a refund so almost 700 thousand rupiah was lost.
