First time in my life staying at Bintaro city and had a really good stay here during my business trip.

We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were able to check in earlier because our room was already ready, which was a great start to our stay.

We stayed for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A day before our arrival, we requested a complimentary anniversary cake to be placed in our room.

Hotel Tentrem Alam Sutera left a strong impression on me during my business trip, especially because this five-star hotel provides sahur service for guests who wish to observe sunnah fasting.

We came back after 2 years of absence, the atmosphere, the facilites are always the best. Shout out to Ms. Kiya for helping our check in and check out process smoothly and warmly.

Visited with my family this feb. Loving their pool that has glasses on its side, guarding us from the wind so we don’t feel cold at all while swimming on heights.
