Clean rooms and well-maintained facilities made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout. Breakfast was okay, but the variety could be improved. Overall, great value for cleanliness and service.
Room and the reception service is super good. The room I take was very spacious and nice. Everything is good except the gym not running and the location traffic is super bad. Hard to get grab n every is jam. But overall hotel experience is good. The breakfast were simple but delicious. Thumbs up to the chef.

Our family booked two rooms for a stay on June 6–7, 2026, and we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Howard Johnson by Wyndham for the exceptional level of service we received.
What stood out most during our stay was the way guest concerns were handled. The management team responded with remarkable speed, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to finding solutions. Unlike many establishments that often rely on lengthy explanations or unnecessary procedures, every concern we raised was addressed promptly, carefully, and with great courtesy. Throughout the process, the staff remained patient, attentive, and consistently respectful.
What impressed us even further was the hotel’s gesture of goodwill. As a reflection of their commitment to guest satisfaction, we were provided with a complimentary one-night stay voucher in a room category higher than the one we had originally booked.
