FM7 Resort Hotel - Jakarta Airport

All I will say at first is … WOW!
To me an experience never starts from the outside. It starts with the feeling within. And let me tell you every corner that I went within the FM7 Resort was tremendously moving! Starting with the phenomenal above and beyond assistance from the two wonderful attendants Aulia and Agri! If their management reads this I would truly promote these ladies. Their attention to detail and profound hospitality was beyond high rating. Thank you for unfolding an amazing experience. I had missed a flight and from rebooking to accommodating last minute rescheduling, it was all made so smoothly! Thank you Aulia!
I would recommend anyone to stay here first and then make your transfers. Some rooms have amazing views of the trees and much foliage, super relaxing. The food at the restaurant is delicious. They have hand made ice cream that is amazing. I definitely recommend!

I was very disappointed, we arrived late from long flight and when I was checking in but machine to proceed with the payment had an issue and didn’t work. We tried many times with different card but we’re not able to pay. Therefore, I had to pay cash unfortunately. The check in took us about an hour until we got the room and we were exhausted. Our reservation was a family room for 3 persons; and we they give me the room key they told me, oh we’re all of our family rooms under maintenance and we will give you a standard room with extra bed! They charge me for a family room and wasting my time during the payment and after getting their money; then they told me about changing my room to smaller one. They didn’t give me the choice and they charge me for different room.
The food was ok and the breakfast was fine, but l’ll never book in this hotel again and definitely not recommend.

My wife and I along with 2 other friends stayed at this hotel for up to 3 nights back in April of this year. The room we stayed in had no power points (outlets) either side of the our bed thus if you needed to charge anything or plug any device in for that matter you couldn't. We ended up asking for an extension cord at reception. Doing this was difficult as English is not their first language understandably. The rooms are dark even with the lights on which is something to note. Our friends who stayed 2 nights, on their first night their room leaked when a typical tropical storm happened during the night. They asked to be moved to another room and that night the essential air conditioning broke down during the night in 30 degrees heat. The response by the reception staff was not particularly sympathetic. The Day Spa service has appointments available till midnight. The proximity to the airport is very good but more attention needs to be given to the rooms and to the customers particularly when things do not go well.

The rooms was super clean, tidy and resort ambience. All staff are friendly and helpful from check in to check out. If you staying at this hotel make sure you choose the deluxe plus Rooms, very large room and very comfortable … Thank you FM7 hotel for memorable stay.

Stay for one night with my family. It was a nice hotel. All services are excellent. The access from the airport is quite clear and excellent pickup from the bellboy. The breakfast menu has various national and international menus are provided.

There is an airport / hotel shuttle. Clean hotel, spacious lobby, close to airport. The menu in the restaurant is very varied for all tastes and good from indonesian foods, European foods and Thailand foods. Don't forget the rooftop bar. Nice view and drinks.

So So… needs to be more efficient. I booked this months in advance, and I had booked a double bed. When I checked in which was at check in time I was told only two single beds were available. Not a bid deal but definitely not impressed given this was NOT a last minute booking. Overall room cleanliness was alright. However, Hotel facilities and amenities is superb.

My favorite hotel before I went back home to bali …great food, friendly and helpful staffs… it’s always go to stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport.

The rooms were good the food and restaurant service was amazing. Highly recommend. Pool, spa, gym, karaoke plus more.

Great Hotel for airport … Pool, spa billiards room, sauna and breakfast all in room price … this place is massive. Staff are great also; too helpful I would say … But all good 👍

Very helpful staff and lovely facilities. Nice pool and spa. Good stop-off point before a long flight home. Food is very good and breakfast plentiful.

The room is very nice and clean! They have a lot of varieties of food in the restaurant, international standard. Superb facilities. Will definitely come back!

I am on my last day of quarentine and would highly recommend this hotel. The food has been delicious, healthy and served hot. The staff have been so helpful and friendly. The room is huge and clean. I would certainly stay again.
