The whole area of this hotel is very cozy. Starts from the lobby, the facility, the breakfast room, and certainly the room.
Located on the next of the shopping center in center of Tangerang, make you easy to get access everywhere or everything like food and another.
They have facilities like swimming pools and gym, also the meeting room.
Very nice place to come in!

Good location as well very strategic in the City. The room was very nice and clean. The staffs are amazing so helpful and giving clear explanation and info. Near the airport and some public center. Good choice. Will definitely come here again for next visit to Tangerang.

The swimming pool view so cool if u tak a pict. That my Good experience with a good place and the city light its good for tke a pict @night,, so near from food court and we can go outsite for shopping @tangcity mall. Its a good deals when u wanna holiday with ur family.

There were a few issues that significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay:
1. Air Conditioning in the Room: The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm.
2. No Air Conditioning in Corridors: I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the corridors, making them uncomfortably hot.
3. Room Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the room that persisted despite ventilation.
4. Elevator Delays: I often had to wait a long time to access the elevators and reach my floor, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. This issue occurred regularly during my stay.
5. Guarantee Money: I was asked for a guarantee deposit during check-in, which was not mentioned in the booking policies or during the reservation process. This lack of transparency caused inconvenience.
I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. If possible, I would also appreciate any form of compensation or resolution for the inconvenience caused during my stay.

Do not opt in for smoking room as it is very smelly even before u start smoking. The flooring was bad. Changed to a non smoking room and it is clean and pristine condition. Toilet looks new too. Tang city mall was 5/10 as it doesn’t have international brands shop and common restaurants/fast food. There are 4 marts downstairs but not 24hrs. Booked this hotel as my bus for activities pickup point is at spbu vivo opp tang city.

My experience during my stay at Fika Room was so great. Never expect that they have a great room. I extremely feels like a home during my stay with Fika. The room is so spacious. Fika Room has a great view from my room at 20th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is also good. I think I will come back again in another occassion.

Strategic place, friendly staff just like danis helping me for check in and check out and also to help everything and nice place to stay. Affordable place to stay for bussiness or solo. Spacious parking lot, new place for breakfast than before. Nice view from high view.

Room was good, service was excellent, kids very happy at the beautiful pool.
Breakfast? seriously? not even an omelette.
I clearly remember the food, they're only salad (lettuce not even cut), fruit, bread (have to ask for the refill🙄), porridge, main course buffet (only carbo🙄, fried rice, mie goreng nice, potato wedges, dry ayam suir) kek manaa?
Better get yours without breakfast ✨

My Mum and Dad stayed for a week in Fika rooms Apartement. They are so thankful for what the staff did to them. Clean room with beautiful view, easy access, and most of all the friendly staff. They are advantageous. My dad is disable person, he got all the assistance. I cannot thankful enough for the staff services toward my parents. It was also so feasible to communicate even from different continent. It was Above and Beyond Hospitality!

Rooms were nice and big. Neatly managed. A bit lacking in breakfast menu because there are only a few choices but service was good. Robby at the restaurant was always there to help you if needed anything manageable. Centrally located nearby tang city mall is the best part.

The room is clean, and nice. The interior is luxurious and cozy, it felt like the whole room's vibe was sophisticated. The pillows are nice and flowy, the bed is huge and could fit at least 4 people. It's too bad we couldn't use the pool and other facilities. But it was overall a great experience to stay here and it's pretty cheap considering you could fit a lot of people in a room. Recommend for staycation with families!
