We had an amazing stay. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and they even surprised my child with a lovely birthday treat, which made our stay even more special.
The hotel also offers plenty of fun kids’ activities, making it a perfect choice for families.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Hotel Episode Gading Serpong and was very satisfied with the overall service. The hotel was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
What impressed me the most was the service provided by one of the female security officers, Icha. She was extremely friendly, responsive, and professional in handling a concern that I raised. Her calm demeanor and excellent communication skills made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest.
Not every hotel has staff who can leave such a positive impression. Thank you to Icha and the entire team at Hotel Episode Gading Serpong for the outstanding service. I would definitely consider staying here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband. The facilities were excellent and the cleanliness also well mantained. The room was spacious with the complete amenities and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Last but not least, big thanks to the GRO Team (Jeje, Uchi & Nidya) for decorate my room and the complimentary slice of cake. 💕
