Location are okay. Services really good. All the staffs were friendly and warm enough to greet. They were lovely. Anyway I managed to taste the food and based on my experienced the food was bland, lukewarm, and poorly presented. Not what you’d expect from a hotel of this level. I would rather go infront of the hotel where the food much better and good.

I checked in very late here just to stay overnight.
I should say the service is superb. I actually complained about the rooms that are supposed to be non smoking but when I stepped out from the elevator the smell was crazy like literally all over the rooms hall. But they immediately change the rooms to other floor.
As for the breakfast just ok but not that great. Anyway we had good stay there, comfortable bed 👌

It was a great experience staying at the Episode Hotel during my business trip. My family had a wonderful time in the family suite. Our requests for a high floor and a simple welcome message for our daughter were perfectly delivered. They also provided us with a delicious cheesecake, and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you for the great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
