The place is clean and the AC works well. The staff are very friendly. It's so close to the airport. Absolutely. A wonderful stay even compared to all of the other hotels I've been to around Indonesia. The shower usually gets warm to pleasantly hot. Be careful because they check spots on your sheets so make sure that you note anything dirty when you arrive. The shower also leaks onto the bathroom floor, but everything was clean, so it wasn't a big deal. Not the greatest selection of television channels, but once again not a big deal for just having a clean and nice hotel room. I was happy to stay here multiple nights.
Good budget hotel near the airport. They provide free airport pick-up and drop-off shuttle service. Since it is a shared service, it is understandable that guests may need to wait for other D’Prima Hotel guests. Do not expect VIP service because the shuttle is provided free of charge, so it is better to appreciate the service offered.
The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, and they were able to accommodate requests. Another plus point of staying here is that the hotel is within walking distance of Indomaret and Alfamart. There is also a Roti’O cafe in the lobby, which I believe is run by the same owner, making it very convenient.
Room cleanliness could be improved, as I found some hair in the room and the linen looked worn out. However, overall, it is acceptable for a transit stay or for someone introverted like me who prefers to stay in the room and enjoy a quiet transit stay in Jakarta.

We had a great stay at d'primahotel Airport 1, spent 2 night here. Everything was great from start to finish. The bed was big and very comfortable, which made it easy to rest well.
The location is very convenient, surrounded by stores like Alfamart and Indomaret, as well as several proper local warungs, so finding food or essentials is never a problem.
The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but still sufficient and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay— We would definitely consider coming back.
