Atria Residences Gading Serpong

Nice facility, there’s a lot of proper dining area around the hotel. Very recommended for a business trip. The staffs are super helpful and friendly, especially lita who helped us during the check in and check out. Kuddos!
Will definitely be coming back.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was friendly and responsive, making the stay smooth and pleasant. Location is very convenient, close to food places and amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

First off, great location! Located next to Summarecon Mall Serpong, it is just a 5 min walk away from a mall that you can spend your whole day shopping in. It is an easy place for drivers to find too and that's a plus.
Hotel room itself is spacious, somewhat clean but can expect to see cracked seals and improvised toilet roll holders due to the age of the hotel. One if the aircons in our room was leaking, the bed had sunken and raised spots. The towels seemed and smelt clean do that's okay. Shower gel and shampoo are okay too.
One thing that really irked was the moldy cakes and spoilt bakes that sere displayed in a fridge in the lobby. Eeww.
Other than that its an ok place to stay at a good price and location. I will consider staying here again.

The friendly staff members at Atria Residence are plentiful especially on our first day of arrival with Maria was very helpful throughout our stay.
The location is very strategic, offering access to all kinds of culinary delights, restaurants and meeting places for both family and business.
Highly recommended for family.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the location is ideal, with easy access to nearby malls. The reception team was outstanding. I must especially mention Maria, who was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we checked in until our departure. We sincerely thank Atria and Maria for making our stay a memorable one.

Smells bad when we're entering the room, the floor was a little bit dirty, cooking tools (pans) were still oily, no key for balcony door. But services were great. 2 thumb's up!

Not to be confused with Atria Hotel! This room is basic, clean and comfortable.
We were given a wrong room (the message on the mirror was for a different person) so that was quite disappointing, but it was quickly resolved. The safe was unusable as it's locked, and the bathtub plug is easily stuck. The breakfast buffet was also not delicious.
Overall the staff are very warm and friendly, the fridge actually works, and the good location (near SMS) makes it a good stay :)

Valuable hotel to do business event. Food were good n coffee little bit upgrade they're gave coffee machine for making cappucino hurray.

The room was very spacious and very clean. I stayed here for a few days. I am very grateful to Ms. Mia for keeping my room very clean.

Bad service, especially the night time staff and receptionist. Very unprofessional, bad manners to people, looked down on customers. 3rd august 2024 night shifts. To add on, there are weird noises in the bathroom. Do something about them please.

Loved the location, room space, facilities and breakfast.
However we stayed 8 nights all together as a family of 4, had to move 4 times due to leak in bathroom, broken windows and balcony door (not closing), broken chair, broken remote control. We booked the massage facility that was offered at the property, paid full price at reception. Masseuse came to our apartment, insisting on adult massage at extra charge (5 times the initial price). Please can you reconsider this inappropriate practice especially when there are young children around. It is a breach of conduct when an employee tries to gain personal profit when working for a company. And this certainly gives your hotel (and the company as a whole) a terrible image. I will not recommend your property for this reason alone.

Excellent. Affordable. Clean. Friendly staff. Best Option to stay.

The hotel and rooms were unremarkable, serving only their basic purpose as a place to sleep and shower. I would rate it 3 stars at best, not worthy of its 4-star claim. However, the staff's exceptional service made up for the hotel's shortcomings. They were consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. One peculiar incident was when we requested extra towels due to taking multiple showers in Jakarta's heat, but were told they couldn't provide more. Breakfast was simple yet satisfactory. Unfortunately, the hotel's noise levels were a significant issue, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
I also loved the fact that the room was split between 2 rooms that were completely separate from each.
Lastly, the hotel's location was a highlight, being within walking distance to a mall and conveniently close to the convention center, which was amazingly handy for our needs.

Nice place to stay in Gading Serpong area. Close to the Sumarecon Serpong Mall.

Atria Residence is always be my home at Gading Serpong. I don't know how many times stayed here. I love everything about this hotel. Unfortunately on my last stay, the hot water only came out very little and not even enough to fill a quarter of the bathtub. Quite odd, as many times I have stayed at Atria this has never happened.
Apart from that, I have no complaints at all.
