I have been staying in this hotel since January. A fantastic place to stay… very helpful and friendly staff, great large room, fantastic wide selection and variety of high quality breakfast on offer (Indonesian, American or Continental). Great roof top pool with amazing views for sunrise. A wide selection of food on lunch and evening menu too. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, it has been a great long term stay here. Also has regular free shuttle bus outside to the local bintaro xchange mall.
When I book direct via website, I was lowering my expectation. Upon arrival, I realize photos on the web didn't do this hotel justice. Its better than the photos! Comfortable, space is enough, very friendly staff. Value for money? Offcourse!
The best part: the bar served koenig ludwid, my favorite weissbier.
Area to improve:
— more parking lot?
— restaurant/breakfast area could be arranged for easier traffic (especially if kids involved)
— more stable Wi-Fi.
— tastier food (more spices)
— more insulation from ball room. The noise from the party downstairs very uncomfortable.

The food is well seasoned, cooked thoroughly and overall it's pretty good. And for dessert I got chocolate cake and cheesecake, the cheesecake has a sort of creamy sourness I don't really enjoy, the chocolate cake had a texture that was moussey and pudding-like that was very enjoyfull. Although the drinks that I had was good, the hot chocolate was too sweet for my liking. The environment and ambience is very lovely and calm, you can hear birds chirp while eating breakfast. Service overall was great, very attentive and polite. Great service from Krisna, thank you, The trainees did very well.
