The room is spacious, good amenities, but the quality is getting worst.
The running waiter toilet smells bad.
Check in with dirty towel on the floor.
Freezer has a huge build up of ice, never maintained at all.
The breakfast is horrendous, lacking variety even more. The vegetables smells bad, the meat not cooked properly, the fruits not fresh and taste bad.
A 1 star hotel provide better packet breakfast than this.

The hotel must have been fantastic 20 years ago! Now its in an urgent need for renovation. Water dripping from the corridor ceiling. Almost no water coming from the shower.
Very asian oriented hotel. Breakfast is 3/4 asian.
Helpful staff but some of the staff were taking photos of women at the pool. Not very nice : (

One of the largest hotel and resort in Serang, the accommodation type in the main building are hotels room with twin or double bed, but at the other side of the hotels, there were a lot of resort villa with one or two bedroom.
The facilities of this hotel were complete, from fitness centre, a huge lagoon pool, spa, tennis court, a huge parking area, and other facilities include an atm in the lobby.
To booked a one bedroom villa we have to spent IDR 650K per night.
