1. Good at services especially for Mba Dinda (Sales Nemuru Hotel) that willingly help our requests and itinerary.
2. Room services is nice, not so tiny and little spaces but spacious enough for 2-3 person (need an improvement on their phones to connecting the rooms & receptionist and also for the amenities like tissue, shower-cap, toothbrush & toothpaste, etc)
3. The additional facilities like swimming pool and restaurants as well as other hotels (imo no need additional charge for the floating animals / floaties on swimming pool pls)
Overall, recommended for the hospitality & services!
I ordered 7 rooms with additional request to early and extend check in and they help us to booked the same floor of ours. Very helpful and kind.

Two weeks ago I had the chance to stay here. I booked through a well-known app that offered smoking and non-smoking room options. I am an active smoker and had already chosen a smoking room. However, I was disappointed when I checked in and the receptionist said all rooms were non-smoking. However, I explained that there is an option in the app to choose smoking or non-smoking rooms. However, they still said all rooms are non-smoking. I was very disappointed and will never choose this hotel again in the future.
