De Green Inn Serua

Numerous guest reviews report a complete lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, despite information listed on booking websites. Guests regularly experience an inability to connect to the network anywhere on the premises. Travelers are advised to obtain a local SIM card with mobile data in advance for their personal and work needs.

Guest impressions regarding the staff vary significantly. On one hand, some guests appreciate attentive staff members for escorting them to their rooms and promptly changing bed linen during unpleasant incidents. On the other hand, there are serious complaints about unwelcoming front desk personnel and security guards, as well as housekeeping staff entering rooms without knocking first.

Reviews regarding cleanliness and the overall condition of the rooms are mixed. Some guests report tidy rooms, hot water, and a properly working air conditioner. Other guests encounter peeling paint on the walls, stains and hair on the bed linen, ants, as well as malfunctioning water heaters and a lack of TV signal.

Rooms are provided with towels, two bottles of drinking water, and individual toothbrushes. The air conditioning system works efficiently enough for a comfortable night's sleep. However, some guests complain about towels smelling of tobacco, broken wall hooks in the bathroom, and a lack of TV channel reception.

The building is located within a high-rise residential complex and is most frequently used by travelers for a brief transit or an overnight stay before events. At night, the indoor environment remains quiet without noticeable street noise.
