I had a wonderful stay at Aston Hotel. The facilities were excellent and truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with complete amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained.
The hotel also has great facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. The swimming pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym was well-equipped and suitable for a good workout. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious food, especially the breakfast selection, which had many tasty options.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Aston Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and complete facilities. I would definitely love to stay here again.

All facility is good for stay. Very good gym, swimming pool.
For dinning, it is possible also to order something without mentioning in menu which is good after sometime you are boring with regular food.

Staying at Aston Boutique Cilegon was a pleasant experience during my short trip last week. The main highlight of this hotel is definitely the warm and genuine hospitality. From the front office team to the restaurant staff and other hotel personnel, everyone was friendly, helpful, and left a great impression, well done!
Regarding the room, I received a complimentary upgrade from a Junior Suite Standard to a Junior Suite with a bathtub. The bathtub was a fun surprise, it has a Japanese-style wooden design, and they even provided a bath bomb for soaking, which was a nice touch. Amenities were complete, the room was spacious and clean, TV access was open to all services, and the kitchenette was fairly well-equipped.
The only minor downside was the use of a tablet for room communication, which felt a bit confusing at first. As a suggestion, adding an air freshener or aromatherapy to the bathroom would help reduce humidity.
As for the restaurant, to be honest, the breakfast food quality was below expectations. The flavors felt inconsistent and somewhat average. However, this was once again balanced out by the excellent service from the staff.
Overall, I would consider staying here again in the future, especially because of its strategic location, close to the mall and plenty of nearby food options.

I came on this business trip with modest expectations, but the level of service provided by this hotel truly exceeded them. The team demonstrated a remarkable ability to anticipate our needs and fulfilled them even before we had to ask.
Special recognition goes to Ms. Keysha, whose attentiveness and professionalism genuinely elevated our stay. Her presence made the trip not only smoother, but noticeably more pleasant.

I had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this hotel, so comfortable that I briefly considered canceling all my plans and living there permanently. The service was warm and efficient, the kind that makes you feel like the staff secretly decided you’re a VIP guest (I didn’t correct them).
The food was dangerously delicious. I told myself I’d eat “just a little, ” but somehow my plate kept refilling itself. I’m still investigating how that happened.
The room was cozy, clean, and just the right level of quiet—perfect for sleeping, relaxing, or questioning all of life’s responsibilities.
And of course, a special mention goes to Kakak Dara, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. She made the whole experience feel even more delightful 🙏🤗

My experience staying at Aston Cilegon was excellent. The hotel staff Bunga & Wahyu were welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities.

Hotel is the best in town without question. Convenient, clean and segregated smoking and non-smoking rooms.
Customer service was excellent. Dana and the team at the restaurant were first class.
Points for management:
— The gym is in need of some love. Treadmill is getting dangerous and needs some attention.
— My safe dis not work despite multiple requests for a fix.
Otherwise a good business hotel.

First of all, the place is sadly secluded, it close to the main road but to access this place you need to turn into a small road and search for a small gate towards the facilities, the parking was quite large, but to me its rather small for its class (medium-large building).
The food was amazing, although quite expensive. What I recommend is the fried fish tar tar sauce, it taste amazing, one of the best I ever tried.
The service also quite exceptional, they're very friendly and somewhat talkative. My server were mr. Royadi, he's patient and chill.

The reception team was amazing. They made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Every time I passed by the lobby, they greeted me politely such a good touch. Definitely five-star service!

I recently stayed at your hotel and was very disappointed with my experience.
First, the room I was assigned was not as described or expected. Despite my reservation request, the room was different from what I had booked, and no proper explanation or apology was given.
Additionally, the staff’s attitude during check-in was very unprofessional and unfriendly. When I tried to ask for assistance, they were dismissive and showed no willingness to help. This made my stay very unpleasant.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend your hotel to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service quality and staff training.

I don't know if it's the Indonesia culture or good training of quality people, or a combination, but I was treated like royalty by all the staff at this hotel. I stayed for almost a month, so I got to know quite a few of them!
I have traveled to 36 countries and have been in a lot of hotels, and I had no complaints about the hotel room. Once it cooled down the first time, the air conditioning was fine. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of food, so much better than the free breakfasts available at hotels in the U. S.
Dara is a beautiful and gracious hostess that made me feel welcome in the restaurant each time. The same could be said about Sonia, also very gracious and friendly, and she also made me feel welcome.
Mila and Lintang did a good job cooking an omelet for me every morning. They were helpful and friendly.
Two young men (both named Diki) cleaned my room on the 8th floor. They were careful, conscientious, and friendly. I felt like my belongings were safe with them.
Sani seems to be an excellent manager in the restaurant. He was friendly and tried to take good care of me and keep me happy. Veronika was always very helpful and pleasant at the reception desk.
I would like to be able to mention everyone that made my stay pleasant, but that might be a bit much.
Don't be afraid to stay here! I was told it's the best hotel in the area.

I stayed in early year. The hotel's location is perfect. The facilities offered was great, especially indoor Jacuzzi. Very helpfull and kind staff. The room was clean with a nice view and a comfortable bed, my kids like it. Other highlight is breakfast buffet, there was variety, delicious and fresh pastry items.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommended for anyone to come and stay.
