Reviews regarding the food are predominantly negative; several guests noted that the breakfast and dinner dishes were completely tasteless and did not justify their high price. Some visitors mentioned that breakfast is not included in the cost of the stay. That said, some villas feature a kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals using brought-in groceries.

Others note that in villas with traditional designs (such as the Toraja villa or the Aceh stilt house), the air conditioners cannot cope due to gaps in the walls and open sections of the roof, causing the rooms to become hot and allowing mosquitoes to enter.

Guests have noted a lack of basic amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, tea, and coffee. Some rooms lack tables, chairs, and wardrobes. It is also mentioned that additional beds for children may be low, almost touching the floor.

The grounds are cleaned thoroughly twice a day; the parking area is particularly noted for being in perfect condition, as employees rake it every morning. However, the cleanliness of the beach is questionable: during low tide, debris accumulates on the shore, including used diapers, which remains until the next cleaning cycle.

The hotel features a beautiful pool right by the sea with an excellent view, which guests find clean and pleasant, although lighting may be insufficient in the evening. The beach is described as coral, which limits access to the water during high tide. For active recreation, banana boats, jet skis, and speedboats are available.

The hotel is suitable for family vacations as it is spacious and peaceful. However, there is an important detail: children over 5 years old are considered adults, and an additional bed charge is mandatory for them. Some guests complain that the hotel's playgrounds and toys are outdated.
