The Acacia Hotel Anyer

Yes, the hotel provides ample parking space. There is room for approximately 15 cars near the main entrance, and an additional area for 10 more vehicles located behind the reception area.

Reviews regarding the staff are mixed: many guests describe the team as friendly and attentive, highlighting their quick response to requests for room changes or air conditioning repairs. However, there are complaints about impoliteness from some staff members, particularly in the café, as well as poor coordination between reception and housekeeping. There have been instances of significant check-in delays (up to 2:11 PM compared to the standard 12:00 PM), with rooms not being ready and left in an untidy condition.

Opinions regarding the breakfast are divided. Some guests consider it tasty and suitable for a quick bite, mentioning waffles, toast, and coffee. Others are dissatisfied with the quality, noting that the selection is very limited and the food occasionally seems stale (such as clumped noodles). There have also been reported availability issues, with dishes running out by 8:00 AM and staff being hesitant to replenish them.

Wi-Fi is available at the hotel; however, the connection quality depends on the room location. In some rooms, including the Presidential Suite and room 018, the signal is very weak, making streaming services unusable.

The condition of the rooms is described as "tired" or "classic." Guests note that the furniture shows signs of wear and tear in places: there are cracked wardrobes, peeling film on bathroom glass, and outdated kettles. Some guests also report dust under beds and tables, as well as a lack of chairs in certain rooms.

In most rooms, the air conditioning works well and provides pleasant cooling. Nevertheless, there have been occasional technical issues, such as water leaks or improper temperature regulation, though staff typically respond quickly to resolve the problem or reassign the guest to another room.

The rooms are equipped with a TV (some with Smart TVs featuring Netflix and YouTube), a refrigerator, an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a full set of toiletries. Deluxe category rooms feature a bathtub and hot water. However, some guests have noted an absence of towels upon arrival, requiring them to be requested separately.

The hotel features a shared swimming pool and a separate children's area. Guests find the pools convenient, but water cleanliness can occasionally be an issue: the water sometimes appears cloudy or sandy, as guests enter directly after visiting the beach. Some visitors recommend vacuuming the pool floor more frequently.

The hotel has its own private beach with a gentle, sandy slope into the water, making it safe and convenient for children. However, the water in this area is not very clear and has a brownish tint due to the hotel's location near a river estuary (muara). Water sports activities are available on the beach.

On-site leisure amenities include billiards, table tennis, karaoke with Bluetooth speakers, and a volleyball court. Please keep in mind that equipment may show wear: guests have reported broken billiard cues and torn table felt. Additionally, live music is occasionally performed by the pool, which can cause noise in nearby rooms.

The hotel is very family-friendly thanks to the gently sloping beach and the dedicated children's pool. A distinctive highlight of The Acacia Hotel Anyer is that it is Pet Friendly: guests are welcome to stay with their dogs and other pets, which is highly appreciated by pet owners.
