Awesome host family, the vibe was so welcoming. Food and service were outstanding. The rooms were simply incredible, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and jungle was incredible!

My stay at Alamayah was truly magical. Every room is beautiful and unique, filled with thoughtful details.

I spent my birthday at NIHI Sumba and it was truly lovely. Everything was a 10/10, the food, the service, the staff, the room, the housekeeping, the activities, the pool, and especially the horses!

This place is spectacularly beautiful. We had the ocean view villa and it was honeslty the best hotel room I stayed in my life. Sumba island is stunning and so is Lelewatu resort.

This is a great place to stay in Sumba. We spent 3 nights there at the end of our Island exploration and it was wonderful to top off our 10 day adventure.

Visiting Sumba and staying at the Village Inn was truly amazing and an experience I will never forget. First of all, visiting Sumba turned out to better than expected.

You can enter to the resort they have nice facilities hot water don’t expect internet there.

Best place to stay, affordable price and near the center of the city.
They sell food also, so its easy if you got late night hungry.

Despite arriving with a child suffering from a stomach bug and therefore being limited in what we could do, we had a truly wonderful stay at Maringi.

Another exceptional time with the team at Marinigi Hospitality Foundation. The level of food and service from such a young team is very impressive.

I often visit at the restaurant for lunch or just to enjoy a cold beer in the afternoon—it’s one of the best spots in Southwest Sumba to catch a stunning sunset.

Beautiful resort, great food, welcoming staff. We loved our stay. We traveled the nearby places with motorbikes all the time, never felt any danger. Mostly people were welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Arya resort. The resort is brand-new and some amenities are not yet available, but we still felt at home and comfortable.
