20 person dorm. Very clean and new… But for the price you get to sleep in one very loud room, directly next to the loud street, in a building cheaply built, the room is common area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping all in one… Don't expect any sleep here… I had cheaper places in Flores with my own private bungalow and bathroom, and incredible huge breakfast.

Very well located, good services. Good choice to Labuan Bajo.

Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan karena letaknya di tengah kota Labuan bajo dan dekat dengan pelabuhan laut (sekitar 100m) dan airport kurang lebih 25 menit.

It’s a budget hotel with very limited amenities in the room but value for money. The location is very good and you can see directly to the flores sea and Labuan Bajo harbour. The bed is pretty comfortable and clean. The water from the shower a little bit salty but for me is not a big problem at all. One thing that I really surprised is the breakfast, it was very very delicious. It’s a la carte breakfast so don’t expect the buffet breakfast.

I can't understand why the dorm and the kitchen are in the same room. Impossible to rest proper, even napping is impossible in this hostel.

A wonderful and new place in Labuan Bajo. Super clean and modern with hot showers and free breakfast. The beds have lots of privacy and are very comfortable with 2 pillows. Probably won't find a better place for the price here, absolutely stunning. Felt like luxury compared to everywhere else we had been.

If you must choose do hotel it has to be for its quietness laid back atmosphere. The room has no TV, but overall the room is well kept enough for a good night's sleep. Don't get shocked because you do have to climb the stairs up the hill to get to your room. Breakfast is excellent due to the fact that it's served in one of the most famous restaurant in town. Front office staff is friendly. It also has a modern coffee shop at the base.

Rooms are quite bland and bathrooms have no door, the steps up to rooms are annoying and not suitcase friendly. Other than that the beds were comfy, staff friendly and the restaurant was good.

Although the name is boutique hotel, you cannot expect to gind the luxury of true boutique hotel. This hotel only has 14 guest rooms in three different buildings. However, I like the staying here. He rooms are large and clean. Airconditioning works well. The only strange thing is the bathroom. The bathroom does not have door. This makes you feel awkward when using rhe bathroom, especially you share the room with someone else. The staff are friendly ans helpful. I hire the staff motorbike. That way I can sneake around the city freely. Just a nice experience. There is a restaurant and also coffeeshop. There is a weekly — — wvwey Saturday night — — karaoke oe band performance in the restaurant. The breakfast menu is simple: sandwhich, English breakfast. But you can also have fried rice. The coffe shop which is closest to the road has a good options pf coffee and tea.

Perfect location in the heart of LB, food is very good, staff really friendly and helpful, rooms refreshed everyday. Nice restaurant and cafe areas plus live band in the weekend evenings.

Water in the taps is salty. You need to climb lot of steps to get to the top most rooms. Rooms are not Cozy. But the restaurant attached to this hotel serves really awesome sea food. Yum.

Plain room no real character. Rest of hotel seems quite nice and we'll put together. Friendly people and central to the town.

Decent hotel, centrally located. A bit loud at night, due to nearby discos and fighting cats on the roof and probably not deserving to have boutique in the title. Pictures on website are a bit misleading, but friendly and with a good restaurant.

I have been only in the restaurant. They serve a great breakfast. Expensive. But tasty. Wifi is good also.

Tiny things to improve is mosquito management and when we first enter the room, there was a tiny spot of maybe cicak or gecko pup on the bedsheet. Other than that all is good : Big room, nice harbor view and delicious breakfast. Love the sound of gecko.

Nice enough place. On the main road so very loud. But everywhere in the town is loud. Foods not that great but the free breakfast is free and edible. Honestly it's probably the best bang for your buck. Walking distance to everything.

One of best stays I ever remember, both because hotel was good but also location was privileged. Got one very big room in the highest "floor" with sea views, it was simply a pleasure to sit and talk in the balcony every night… Apart from this, good breakfast with sea views and one of the best pizza places (Made in Italy restaurant) I ve tried right next to the hotel.

Most rooms have a very nice view. Great location in heart of town. Wish it was easier to book online and to know which room we would get!
