Awesome resort. The staffs are constantly full of energy, vibrant, passionate, friendly and helpful. To top it all, they are always wearing a smile, ready to serve you, ensuring that you have a comfortable and wonderful stay. Special shout out to Dery, Nugi, Sri, Ah Long, Henry, Dias, Alre, the 2 masseuse ladies for the WOW experience! Service exceeds expectations. My wife and I was ecstatic and we extended our stay. Fond memories worth keeping as I celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary at Natra Bintan Resort. We will definitely reccommend to our circle of friends, family and relatives. All staff are friendly and helpful. When we saw them they will greet us. Breakfast was good. Clean environment. Nice and beautiful place to relax.

We had a short honeymoon getaway at this resort. Stayed 3D 2N. The staffs were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Love the luxury tent room and the lagoon. My wife loved the ATV rides very much. Great place to relax and distress. We'll plan to come back next year.

Me and wife stayed at Canopi from 12 — 15 Sep. That 4 days and 3 nights were indeed a truly glamping experience! We went nuts upon seeing the beautiful lagoon for the first time! The place is very cozy, relaxing and so spacious! So many activities and tour to choose from and we were lost in that! =D
On top of that, the staff there were very generous and friendly. Super friendly! They assist us in every way they can to make us feel happy and comfortable. Awesome service and hospitality! I will definitely came back again in the future for more glamping adventures! =D Once again thank you!

Brilliant resort. Has some amazing watersport can get warm during the day. Living in a tent is a great experience but can also mean coping with the heat As well.

A fun way to spend the day doing water sports! We were also surprised to find out that the water was actually salt water. Haven't stayed here before but was pleasantly surprised to find all of the options they have — it will definitely keep you busy. If you simply want to relax with a drink at hand, this place is not for you.

The place is beautiful. Plenty to do there all day. Convenient to get plenty of sun comfortably around the premise. While the food choices are limited and pretty expensive by Indonesian standards, the system there to be cashless and checking in and out is really Awesome!

The place is so beautiful, it was an amazing stay. Loved the room! Thought it was gonna be so warm but nope, the aircon is so cooling. However, you are able to hear people talking outside your tent and also, you can hear your neighbours just by standing outside your own tent. Didn't get enough of the pool even though I was there for 3 days. Saw reviews that it was boring at night so we decided to just chill and talk while having the bbq (it was a bit expensive and not worth). The service is great, just that food are a little pricey. Would definitely visit again! :) Would recommend to go in big groups to make your stay more fun!

Very good service for the price point. HR did an amazing job, where did you guys hire all these fantastic staff? Prices for everything were transparent and reasonable, food quality was great for the price point and all of us had an enjoyable time. We were 3 families with 5 kids. Will definitely be back.

Very nice relaxing area. Lots of fun activities. Staffs are friendly, food are delicious although there are flies around. Will come back again to complete more activities!

We stayed for 2 nights and had an enjoyable time. There were alot of activities for my toddler and we all enjoyed the lagoon. However, we felt that some activities could be provided free of charge especially for hotel guests. Quality of food can be improved also. The tents were spacious and fairly clean. It was a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay at the canopi again. Great place of fun and rest for the family!

Great place! I stayed at Grand Lagoi and there is a shuttle bus to all places owned by Nirwana. Grand Lagoi: Don't listen to the haters. The service there is great! Staffs are all very nice. Rooms are pretty great too. It's a little sad that the TV channels all only have Malay subtitles but that's probably the same for all hotels since I think it's up to the service provider. It's pretty convenient to travel around and play (at places owned by Nirvana). 2 minutes walk to "the mall" (not really a mall but there are shops, convenience stores and restaurants). If you came to relax, book the hotel here! The Canopi: Great place to play at! Plenty of things to do, plenty of places to eat. Staffs are friendly. There are water slides and other water activities. There's also ATVs and airsoft guns. If you came to play, book the hotel here. You get to play everyday!

We stayed at Canopi from 22-24 June. The placed wowed us, especially the kids. They went absolutely nuts when they saw the crystal lagoon. The tent itself was spacious, enough to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids below 12yo. The place itself had so many activities and adventures to cater to guests of all profiles. I have nothing but the best to say about the staff. Upon check in, they found that we paid for only 3 adults. Thankfully they allowed us to top up for another child. The room was set up even before we reached. The buggy drivers, staff at the eateries & activity points were always smiling. The trip almost threatened to end badly. On the last evening, my youngest son had a wheezing episode and he couldn't breathe. We sought help at the concierge at 8plus pm and they drove my family immediately to a nearby 24hr clinic. The clinic was empty (gasp! ). Angga, our driver, ran to a nearby resident to call the doc as he had not brought his hp. When help arrived, he stayed with us while the kid went through his treatment for about an hour. Towards the end, he had to return to run another errand. His colleague who took over, continued to wait with us, brought us back to the resort, and buggy-drove us back to the tent. It was a very eventful night. All thanks to Canopi's staff, especially to Angga and colleague who took over (sorry I didn't get his name), that our trip didn't turn into a tragedy. We are really grateful. Please convey our gratitude to the guys who helped us.

Simply Amazing. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The seaside resemble pool is the highlight of the stay. We could have spent the whole day by the poolside if not for the rainy weather. Will absolutely visit again!

Fantastic Customer service and facilities. My only suggestion is don’t stay in the tent during the day time or when it’s hot. It can be stuffy even though they have air con and fans in the tent. Enjoy the outdoors instead. Also suggest booking the Kelong seafood from the front desk. Would be an unique experience you wouldn’t forget easily.

Went there on 2018.03.04 with my fam and friends. It’s an awesome place to begin with. Design-wise, is ok.
Safari-concept tents are very spacious with a resort feel of bathroom which is perfect for a family and group of friends. A tranquil place to stay for those who loves to relax.
The place has a very friendly staffs and very attentive too. I can only suggest on activities to have more options like a ktv would probably a good chill at night.
We did trailing with those ATVs and many thanks to sir Fernahim (forgot his name) as he and his buddy guide us on the trail. I personally thanked them for helping us when my wife got very minor injuries when her atv overturned on her left side, we are ok. I suggest this activity should require full gear to all drivers and not allow wearing sandals or don’t drive at all. Overall Canopi is the best place to relax and chill. A very nice short getaway from the busy city. Good job

Me and my hubby enjoyed our 3D2N stay @ glamping deluxe! It was relaxing and the service is great! Upon arrival, the canopi staff will be near the entrance to pick u to the resort. We will be served with welcome drinks. No matter how early you arrive, the check-in time is 3pm as indicated. You can book some activities before check-in. For those who prefer quiet and peaceful environment, this is not recommend. As there is no sound proofing. Food wise, breakfast spread is normal. Lunch you can explore the food stalls at treasure Bay which is the activity area. Dinner, I feel the canopi can improve their Sat special BBQ buffet. Not worth the money as the food is too overcooked. The canopi have free shuttle bus to Lagoi plaza but the place is too bored, nothing fantastic. Maybe they are still developing the area. Overall, this place is great for staycation!

Our last day at Canopi was almost ruined by another self-centered, arrogant family. They were in the queue for kid's ATV ride only to be informed by the counter staff that there was none available. They promptly left the queue and did NOT make any reservations. My wife was behind the snobbish family enquired the same but made reservations for the next available ATV. When there was an available ATV, the self-centered falsifiers made a bold claim that they were in the queue 1st (which they are) and had hurriedly made payment. The counter staff was intimidated by their shouting and threatening behavior and gave IN. Unfortunately, they did NOT make any reservations and had to queue again. They were very hostile both towards us and the staffs. But Canopi held their ground and remained calm! They in fact gave the ATV to us and quoted saying that they stand for truth and will act accordingly fair to any guests. That staff was HARIS. The situation was resolved but the other family was not happy and had tried to harm us. I applauded the staff for being vigilant in this matter and their sense of judgement was spot on. They spoke to the other family and explanation was given but the family went on a rant of verbal threat. In the end all the KIDS from both family get to have the ATV ride thanks to staff HARIS. But I had to seek protection from the Canopi staffs which they assure us for the other family was hostile.
