The hotel exceeded my expectation. It is located in the very picturesque Sunset & Sunrise with a wonderful view. Everything is done with such lovely Hospitality, absolutely gorgeous place, one of the best I have ever stayed. The price was very reasonable and if I ever come to Resorts in Batam again that will be my first choice of accommodation.

Many tools, food, gerbags, busy and not Artistic.

If travelling to Batam, this is not a recommended place to stay. Its too far from the city center, also no options of transport/food/activities around, really didnt feel comfortable there and checked out immediately. We asked for the refund of the rooms that we paid, they didnot even respond for the same. Very unprofessional. Don't go by the photos posted.
