They did not honor the cancellation policy. They deducted even after I have made cancellation prior to the actual day of deducting the amount. I called and even sent in the text, all are ignored. Be careful as they will play victim. Bad customer service!
Placed an order for birthday celebration but it came without inscription and candles. Called up the boutique but the staff couldnt do anything to assist. Totally disappointed.

Just shop lot hotel. The room ok ok. The hotel lobby ok ok. Compare to others 3 star hotel, this hotel should get 2 star only. In agoda for deluxe room, hotel will provide kettle, however hotel will give u upon request as they said " pinjam (borrow) ". Also when I ask for mug, they said hahhh? so u give kettle, I boil water and drink from kettle is it? I request for hair dryer also, they ask me to go to reception to collect it. Remote control also need to collect from reception. What service is this? lousy staff. During long holiday, all hotel full, I have no choice to stay in this hotel. But the service is very bad. Don't deserve 3 star hotel. 1 star hotel more suitable.
